Okay, so perhaps a Commodores song is a little too literal.
I mean, the curb appeal is absolutely adorable. I could gush forever about that wreath.
The front door opens into a dining room on one side and a sitting room on the other. This house has super cute style. Loving this hutch.
Here is the sitting room on the other side. Gorgeous with great flow.
The other side of the dining room has another cabinet and a fab china collection on the wall above it. Beyond the dining room is a powder room and an adorable little nook perfect for a cabinet and a mirror.
Beyond this intersection of space is where the extension on the house begins.
The extension is filled with light almost like a sun room. Oh, and you know I am a sucker for an exposed brick wall.
Upstairs, more of my favorite things... globe collections. What an adorable room. I am totally digging this home owner's style. Oh, and can we just talk about the little hockey stick chair? I mean, c'mon; genius.
And who doesn't like bunk beads? The red dresser. Rad.
Loving this house.
The master bedroom has great proportions and lots of light thanks to two windows.
The backyard shot shows the deceivingly large space that actually exists behind that beautiful little front entrance. And can't you just imagine having a party on this back deck??
What a great house. I can't imagine it will stay on the market for long.

Totally super cute. I'm going to walk by there tomorrow and scope it out again. :)
ReplyDeleteI was not expecting any of that!!! When I saw your opening picture I honestly thought to myself "Pat, I think you could get the whole house tour into one picture - that place is tiny and there is no need for an entire blog post", but I'm so glad how wrong I was. I wasn't expecting that! Wow ... The decor is like a dream and that little window over the front door - I had to investigate. It is just too much. I can't even.
